About Colac Mobile Cranes
Our Colac mobile crane hire story began in Timboon in 1975 as an engineering company when current director Jeff Reinen founded the business with his father Loui Reinen. Having always had a keen interest on cranes and rigging, a career in the crane hire industry was a natural choice for Jeff. Originally Southern Rigging and Scaffolding, we became Colac Mobile Cranes and the respected crane hire business we’re now known as today in 2012.
The first in our fleet was a 42-tonne truck-mounted crane, which we still have today. Our early lifting services focused on farming communities with the relocation and installation of milk vats and water tanks. As the business grew we added Franna crane hire and all-terrain crane hire to our range and expanded our services, particularly in the petrochemical industry. We gained clients through the increasing interest in gas exploration in the region and have enjoyed offering crane hire and lifting services to the gas industry over the past 20 years. However, with work in this industry changing, Colac Mobile Cranes has redirected its business to suit our local clients, focusing on providing the crane hire Colac district residents need.
Today, our Colac mobile crane hire features the latest technology in lifting services, offering professional dogging and rigging Colac clients trust to move their loads effectively and with little fuss. Having a variety of Colac crane hire choices means our team can take on most jobs, particularly any heavy duty lifting or lifting and relocation of precast panels.
Contact Colac Mobile Cranes today and let us take care of your lifting.
